FROM JIM and MIDGE TATRO
The beautiful article in the January1, Green Bay Compass on page 4 concerning the Oshkosh Teen is our grand-daughter, Kendra, daughter of Jean & Brian Keliher. Kendra has been suffering with neurofibromatosis, (a disorder that causes tumors to grow on nerve tissues) since she was 5 yrs old. In the article she tells how she feels that her visits to the Blessed Mother Shrines have already given her miracles in that her pain has gone away, But that the tumor in her leg is now growing and becoming more visible. To go to the Grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes in France and to be washed by its healing waters has been her dream for many years and now she has been given an opportunity to go with a family friend…To help fund this adventure her family has put together a beautiful Catholic Calendar made with her Dad’s drawings.
Copies of the Compass are available in the St. John Parish Office and the article is available online at:

http://www.thecompassnews.org/2016/01/oshkosh-teen-suffering-from-ailment-hopes-to-visit-lourdes-grotto/
We are asking that you keep Kendra in your prayers as she travels to France and if you would like to purchase a calendar for $20.00, they are available at the parish office.
